Repeat Deliveries: Based on your selected duration and frequency.
Payment: Payment details are securely stored. Charges are processed per delivery, or in advance, depending on your chosen option.
Auto-Renew: Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You may cancel any future renewals before the next billing cycle via the link provided in your confirmation email.
Modifications: Subscriptions can be managed or modified anytime through your account or the order confirmation email.
Refunds: Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Definition: Items ordered in advance before they are in stock.
Payment: May require a deposit or full payment at checkout. Remaining balances are charged when the item is ready to ship.
Cancellation:
- Pre-orders may be canceled and refunded only if the item has not yet entered fulfillment or production.
- Once a pre-order item is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
- For partially paid pre-orders, cancellation and refunds are possible only if the order has not yet entered production or shipping.
Refunds: Any eligible refund follows our Return Policy (typically as store credit).

Immediate Production: Orders begin production immediately upon payment; cancellations are generally not permitted.
Special Cancellations:
- May be considered only in rare cases with management approval, and will incur a 10–30% cancellation fee.
- Any approved cancellation or modification request must be made within 24 hours of checkout; a 5–20% change fee may apply.
Production Delays: Delays in production do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Our commitment to handcrafting means some variability in timelines, but quality cannot be rushed.

All cancellation, modification, and refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Que Shebley management.
By placing an order, you agree to all policies outlined herein, including non-cancellation after production begins.
If these policies do not fit your needs, we respectfully advise not placing an order.
