Refund/Return Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for made-to-order items within 14 days, in original and unworn condition.
Refunds
Issued as store credit only, no cash or card refunds.
Process
- Initiate through our online system via RETURN CENTER. Unapproved returns may be voided.
- Buyer covers return shipping unless specified.
- Items are subject to inspection/approval and possibly a 10-50% restocking fee.
- Returns must be shipped within our return window (5 days) from receiving the return approval notice. Failure to ship the return within the return window will result in automatic rejection of your return request, the order will be final and will no longer qualify for a return.
Exceptions
- Custom-made and sale items are non-returnable.
- No multiple returns for similar orders are accepted.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Exotic Skin Products: Non-returnable under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available due to our made-to-order process.
Store Credit
Provided via email as a digital gift card or discount code. Never expires.
Cancellation & Modification
- Cancellations: Not permissible once placed, with possible exceptions incurring a 10-30% fee.
- Modifications: Subject to approval if within 24 hours of checkout, and may incur a 5-20% fee.
- Production Delays: Cannot be a reason for cancellation.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for any product price variations or promotional changes either before or after a purchase has been made.
Gift Cards
Non-expiring and non-refundable. Gift card-related refunds revert to the gift card, not the credit card.
Sale & Sample Items
Final sale: no returns or exchanges permitted.
