  • Shipping Duration: 5-7 business days via express shipping (typically DHL).
  • Cost: Free for orders over $400; standard rates for others.
  • International Shipments:
    • Customs delays may occur.
    • Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Important: We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues.

2. Fast Lane Collection Shipping

  • Duration: 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Note: Handcrafting may cause occasional delays; cancellations due to delays are not accepted.

3. Holiday Shipping

  • Duration: Extended due to holiday shipping volume, including holidays in Spain (our production location).

4. Delivery

  • Timeframe: Typically 5-7 business days after the 30-40 business day production period.
  • Delays: Holidays and customs may cause delays.

5. Returned/Non-Successfully Delivered Orders

  • Eligibility: Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or absence for signature may not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds: Partial refunds may be available, subject to approval.
  • Fees: Return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10-100% of the order value may apply.
