On average it takes 30-40 business days for your order to ship. All of our products are made-to-order. (exception for the Q fast lane which takes only 10 business days)

How it works:

1.Order placed-takes 24hrs to process your payment

2.Your order will enter the Q line of production.

3.Once production is complete we ship it express via DHL or other carrier (3-5 business days to arrive)

Automated messages will be sent to you via email to update you about your order status.

We highly suggest opting for both email and text status updates at checkout.

-Due to the handmade nature of our products, occasional delays may occur as perfection cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept cancellations resulting from production incidents during the hand-making process. If you are unwilling to adhere to this policy, we recommend refraining from placing an order on our website.

Unfortunately we do not accept any rush orders, our products are strictly made to order, any rushing of the normal process results in back quality, which we never accept. Our Made-To-Order system as a bespoke brand is actually one of the fastest in the industry, beating competitors with 2-3 weeks faster, as the industry standard is 6-7 weeks on average.

As an alternative we do offer now our FAST LANE 2.0. A custom made platform that offers you the custom made shoes, with the same quality with only 7-10 business days production turn around time, naturally it is limited in styles, finishes and sizes.

Absolutely! In fact it would be very surprising if there isn’t any visible to the human eye. All of our products are HAND MADE, meaning it is made with pride and imperfections are part of the art, in a world full of machines we take pride in employing artisans who master the art of shoes and leather good making to the closes perfection a human hand can produce.

Yes! given that our products are all hand made and range from a verity of materials, natural leathers and exotic skins, it is normal for the colors to be slightly different that what you see on your screen as the product photo. this can happen for many reason such as the different between one screen technology to the other, photography lighting, hand painting technique from one human hand to another, etc..

Goodyear welted construction involves stitching a leather welt to both the upper and the insole, with a separate stitch attaching the welt to the outsole. This creates a durable, water-resistant, and easily resoleable shoe. It’s a traditional method known for longevity.
Blake stitch construction is a more streamlined method where the outsole is directly stitched to the insole and the upper. This results in a lighter, more flexible shoe, but it’s less water-resistant and more challenging to resole compared to Goodyear welted shoes.

Both methods have their advantages, and the choice depends on your preference for durability versus flexibility.

-All of our products are made to order, due to the unique nature of our production methods once they go into production (Usually right after your payment is processed) cancellation is not allowed.

-If a cancellation is approved by management for special cases, a cancelation fee could be charged from 10-30% of your order total.
