We’ve been listening to the market for the past 4 years, understanding what the demands of our customers are, and pin pointing the limitations of our current brand manufacturing service.

For the past 12 months, it has been our main goal to put together a feasible business model to offer our products to a wider market range, that is, launching a more affordable MTO line.

Facing such a challenging and deep reshaping of our business forced us to think out-of-the-box, and look for alternative production plans:

• Create a network of small local artisan shoe workshops with lower general overhead costs, who welcome us as partners.
• Streamline all processes in our existing supply chain

While we have kept many of the essentials from our luxury line, such as some sole units and leather materials, we strive to source similar raw materials, shoe components, packaging and shoe construction methods, that are more affordable and fit nicely into our new products.
