Shipping policy

Standard Shipping:

• Standard shipping is 30-40 business days from the date of order. All local and international shipping is FREE above $250+ and is shipped express usually via DHL (5-7 business days) after the 30-40 business day production time.
• Shipping time can also increase outside the U.S due to customs. We can not control that. We also can not control if the package is delayed by the shipping provider.
• Customs duties are the buyers responsibility.
• Fast Lane: specifically in relation to our fast lane collection, standard shipping is 7-10 business days not including weekends or holidays. 
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, occasional delays may occur as perfection cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept cancellations resulting from production incidents during the hand-making process. If you are unwilling to adhere to this policy, we recommend refraining from placing an order on our website.

Holidays:

• Shipping time can also increase due to high volume & normal holiday carrier delivery delays.

Delivery of product:

• Items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the 30-40 business day production time. Holiday times and customs may increase this time. This includes Holidays in our production homeland Spain.

Returned/non-successful delivered Shipping:

• Orders that are returned or not successfully delivered due to reasons such as wrong shipping address, failure to receive the package from the delivery carrier after multiple attempts, or failure to be present for package signature may not be eligible for refunds. These orders may be partially refunded at the sole discretion of the Que Shebley brand, subject to review and approval. A return shipping fee and restocking fee of 10-100% of the order value may apply. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable and apply to all orders.
