Refund policy

Return Policy:

At shopqbyqs.com, we offer store credit for returns on our made-to-order items within 14 days of receiving the item in its original, unworn condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receiving at our offices/warehouse and may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-50% of the purchase value, as well as return shipping fees.

To process a return, please use our return system on our website. Receiving your returned item in our offices without applying for the return through our system may void your refund. The return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility, and all returns are refunded with store credit only.

Please note that specialty custom-made orders and sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Additionally, multiple returns from the same buyer for the same or related order will not be accepted. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer exchanges.

Store Credit:

All store credits are digital and will be issued via email as a gift card or discount code. Store credits never expire.

Cancellation & Change Requests:

Once an order is paid for, it begins production immediately and cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved by management for special cases, a cancellation fee of 10-30% of the total order cost may be applied. Change and modification requests received within 24 hours of checkout are subject to approval and may be subject to a change fee of 5-20% of the total order cost, depending on the request.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, occasional delays may occur as perfection cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept cancellations resulting from production incidents during the hand-making process. If you are unwilling to adhere to this policy, we recommend refraining from placing an order on our website.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable. Once a gift card has been used, the original sale of the gift card cannot be voided or returned until all purchases made with it have also been voided. Refunding transactions purchased with the gift card (to restore the gift card balance) will not result in a refund to the credit card.

Sale & Sample Items:

All sale items and sample items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
